Responsibilities: Perform routine pool cleaning, vacuuming, skimming, and brushing on scheduled service routes Test and balance pool water chemistry including pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and calcium levels Add appropriate chemicals to maintain safe and clean water conditions Inspect and clean pool filters, pumps, and skimmer baskets Identify and report equipment issues, leaks, or needed repairs to management Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates with customers Operate and maintain company service vehicle and equipment responsibly Requirements: Prior pool cleaning or pool service technician experience preferred Basic knowledge of pool water chemistry and chemical handling Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and time management skills Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage an independent route Excellent customer service and communication skills About Us: ABA Pool Service & Repair Inc has been a trusted name in pool care throughout The Woodlands, TX area for over thirty years, delivering top-notch cleaning, maintenance, and repair services to homeowners and businesses alike.
